PiiMega® Total ERP contains modules from offer calculation and production to deliveries, and acquisitions to inventory management and reporting. PiiMega® Total ERP can be customized for the customer from the needed modules.

The system helps sending messages to customers and contains a calendar for sales, installers and offer calculators.
  • Offer calculation
    Piimega® Total enables creating an easy-to-use offer template for the company.
    The offer template can be fully customized to the needs of the customer.
    The module is an excellent tool for salespeople in making offer calculations. The company can have their own offer template and the sales products can have their own product structures, which contains all the aspects needed for the offer. The salesperson only needs to collect the basic information (such as measurements), while the system calculates the price for the offer, among other things. The offer can be immediately printed for signing.
    Also, the necessary materials proceed to acquisition proposals in the system's next module.
  • Order management and sales orders
    The orders are available from the same database, which can be formed by the needs of the customer. For example, Piimega® Total ERP can make purchases directly from the subcontractor. The connection between orders and stock management in PiiMega® Total is seamless.
  • Manufacturing: Managing own manufacturing, purchases and stock management

  • Calendars
    Calendars PiiMega® Total contains calendars for installation, deliveries and maintenance. Installers' schedules and manufacturers' delivery times can be planned with the system and thus avoid unnecessary idle times. The salespeople have their own calendar which sends operation alerts via email based on customer status. The installers can choose their calendar from two alternatives.
  • Complaints with costs and statistics
    Customer complaint statistics and control made easy. Reasons, costs and statistics are in the same place helping to react to the complaints. The reports available from the complaint module enables investigation of continuous complaints.
  • Versatile and customized reporting
    PiiMega® Total ERP has versatile and extensive reporting tools. For example, titles and price lists are printable and manageable. PiiMega® Total contains also offers, financial management materials and printouts of stocks and purchases.

Modules for financial management

complement the entire ERP and enable producing invoicing, cashier services, sales ledger along with payroll and accounting and integration to the company’s or the bookkeeper’s financial management software.

  • Invoicing:
    PiiMega® Total can create a payment mail based on the contract which enables sending invoices for billing or printing out paper invoices. Both sales and purchase invoices are in the system.
  • Cashier services:
    PiiMega offers ready-made cashier services for brick and mortar shops. PiiMega can also deliver POS terminals for the shops.
  • Commissions:
    The commissions and payroll materials for the salespeople and installers can be created in PiiMega® Total where they can be transferred for payment.
  • Accounting records:
    All accounting records can be produced with PiiMega® Total ERP and transfer forward as files.

PiiMega® Total works safely as a cloud service. The ERP can be used on demand, and the data is conveniently available in the cloud. Cloud services ensures safe saving of data to the systems, and automatic back-up in case the computer would break. Cloud service also enables versatile usability outside office buildings. Modern web technology enables easy browser access of PiiMega® Total.
